Plain terms for using AxForge.

Scope

The service

AxForge provides API access to hosted AI models and rentable GPU infrastructure in the EU. Model availability, context limits and prices are stated on the site or agreed per contract.

The service is pre-release: API keys are allocated from a waiting list and there is no self-serve signup. The offering is the hosted-model API, private inference deployments and GPU, cluster and bare-metal rentals described on this site. The contracting legal entity's registration details will be published on the legal notice before the first commercial contract.

Your use

You may not use the service for unlawful content or activity, to violate third-party rights, or to probe or disrupt the infrastructure. You are responsible for what you send and for your account credentials.

API keys are personal to the customer: do not share, publish or resell them. Use is governed by the acceptable-use policy (launch draft).

Data

Your data stays yours

Prompts and completions are not stored and never train models — see the privacy policy. You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs.

The customer owns its inputs and outputs. AxForge claims no rights in customer content beyond what is needed to serve the request.

Model outputs (launch draft)

Outputs are machine-generated and not guaranteed to be factually correct; keep a human in the loop for consequential decisions. Models change over time under the model-change policy — the served model identity is returned on every API response.

Where processing happens (launch draft)

All processing happens inside the EEA, on hardware AxForge owns, as a contractual commitment — not a configuration default. There is no failover outside the EEA: if all EEA capacity is unavailable, requests queue or fail; they are never routed outside the EEA.

Pricing, availability, termination

Pricing and billing (launch draft)

Published list prices apply and exclude VAT. Billing is currently handled directly, by invoice; a payment provider will be added to the subprocessor register before self-serve billing launches.

Availability

The service is provided as-is; contractual uptime, where offered, is defined in the applicable SLA and not implied by this page. We may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.

Suspension and termination (launch draft)

We may suspend access for violation of these terms or the acceptable-use policy; appeals go to hello@axforge.ai. Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable agreement. On termination, API keys stop working and deletion follows the section below.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months and excludes indirect damages.

Agreements

Confidentiality, deletion, DPA, law

Confidentiality (launch draft)

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the agreement. Our technical and organisational measures are summarised in the DPA draft; the full TOMs annex is available under NDA.

Deletion at termination (launch draft)

Prompts and completions are never stored, so there is nothing to delete from inference. Account data and retained metadata are deleted per the retention table — account profile: account lifetime plus 90 days — except records Swedish accounting law requires us to keep.

Data processing agreement (launch draft)

A Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 GDPR is published as a launch draft for review. It is not yet offered for execution; once executed, it is incorporated into these terms by reference and prevails for personal-data processing.

Changes and law

We may update these terms with notice on this page. Swedish law governs; disputes go to Swedish courts, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Service changes follow the same rule: dated notice on the affected page. Model additions, replacements and retirements follow the model-change policy; pre-release, changes may come faster — always dated.
