For everything

The short version of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, as everyone agrees to it in the console. The full versions apply.

You will not use AxForge for

Anything illegal.

Malware, stealing passwords or credentials, or breaking into systems or accounts you are not allowed to use.

Attacking, scanning or disrupting other systems or networks, or sending spam, from the API or from a rented machine.

Getting around AxForge's security or metering.

Watching or tracking people without a lawful basis.

Child sexual abuse material, in any form. Zero tolerance.

The AI practices the EU AI Act bans: manipulating or deceiving people to change what they do, exploiting vulnerable people, social scoring, scraping faces to build recognition databases, reading emotions at work or at school, and real-time identification of people in public spaces for law enforcement.

You are responsible for

Everything sent with your API keys. Keep them to yourself. Do not share, publish or resell them.

What runs on a machine you rent: its software, its data and what it does on the network.

Checking AI output before you rely on it. It can be wrong. Decisions about people need a human.

Asking us first before using AxForge for hiring, credit, access to essential services or law enforcement.

Having a lawful basis for sensitive personal data you process, such as health data.

What we do

A rented machine is yours alone while you rent it. We do not look at what is on it, except to run the service, to deal with security or abuse, or when the law requires it.

When a rental ends, the machine and everything on it are deleted. Save what you need first.

If these rules are broken, we suspend the account. You can appeal to hello@axforge.ai.

Paying

Top-ups are not refunded. They stay on your balance for models and rentals. A bonus is added on top: it pays for everything, is used last, never expires and is not refunded.

On an NVIDIA GB10

The GPU and the system share this machine's 128 GB of memory, so about 110 GB is usable for your models. Loading more than that can make the machine unstable or hang it. If the memory runs out, the system stops the program that is overloading it so the machine recovers.

On-Demand GPUs

Every started hour is charged in full from your balance, from the moment the machine is ready, also when nobody connects.

On-demand rentals keep running, and keep billing, until the hours you chose are up, you end the rental, or your AxForge balance runs out. Disconnecting SSH, closing the browser, or logging out does NOT stop it.

You can add hours while the rental runs, as long as the machine is free after you. Added hours cost the same hourly price and follow the same rules.

To end it sooner, open the machine and choose End rental. Only the hours started so far are charged.

Everything on the machine is temporary. When the rental ends, the environment and all data are deleted and cannot be recovered. Copy out anything you want to keep before then.

Scheduled GPUs

A Scheduled booking is paid in full from your AxForge balance when you book it.

You can unschedule a reservation up to 24 hours before it starts. The amount stays on your AxForge balance, and you can schedule another day.

Never connect? A rental nobody connected to ends when its paid hours end. Nothing more is charged, nothing is refunded.

You can add hours while the rental runs, as long as the machine is free after you. Added hours cost the same hourly price and follow the same rules.

To end it sooner, open the machine and choose End rental. This ends the whole booking: any later blocks are released and are not refunded.

Everything on the machine is temporary. Every block starts on a fresh machine, and when a block ends, the environment and all data are deleted and cannot be recovered. Copy out anything you want to keep before then.

Added rules

Bare metal

Paid by card in advance, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The machine is yours for the whole period, also when nobody connects.

It renews for the same period until you cancel it. When you cancel, the machine stays yours until the end of the period you paid for.

If a renewal payment fails, the machine keeps running for 3 days while we remind you. Then it is wiped, like at the end.

You have root on the whole machine. Do not change the UEFI settings or the boot order, flash firmware, or stop the AxForge agent: it lets us check the machine is alive and reads nothing of yours.

Reboot in your console cuts the power for a moment, like pulling the plug. Use sudo reboot while the machine still answers.

When the subscription ends, the power is cut and the whole disk is wiped. It cannot be recovered. Copy out anything you want to keep before then.

Coder plans

Each month the plan gives you €12 (Noob), €24 (Coder) or €48 (Pro) of API use, counted at our normal prices, in place of the 3M free tokens.

It starts again every month from the day you subscribed. What you do not use does not carry over.
