The rules
Paying, renewing and the end
| Payment | Paid by card in advance, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The machine is yours for the whole period, also when nobody connects. |

| Renewal | It renews for the same period until you cancel it. When you cancel, the machine stays yours until the end of the period you paid for. |
| A failed payment | If a renewal payment fails, the machine keeps running for 3 days while we remind you. Then it is wiped, like at the end. |
| Refunds | No refunds once paid. Only exception: a machine that never worked. |
| Your data | When the subscription ends, the power is cut and the whole disk is wiped. It cannot be recovered. Copy out anything you want to keep before then. |
| Backups | None. Keep your own copies of what matters. |

FAQ
Bare metal: common questions
What is the difference from renting a GB10 by the hour?
By the hour you rent a dedicated GB10 from your balance and end it when you are done: GB10 by the hour. Bare metal is the whole machine with root and NVIDIA's own system, yours for the whole period, at a fixed price by card.
Can I try a GB10 before I take one for a month?
Yes. Rent the same chip by the hour first: GB10 by the hour from €0.85/hour.
How much of the memory can my models use?
The GPU and the system share this machine's 128 GB of memory, so about 110 GB is usable for your models. Loading more than that can make the machine unstable or hang it. If the memory runs out, the system stops the program that is overloading it so the machine recovers.
Does my software run on ARM64?
The GB10 is ARM64. Most AI frameworks and container images ship ARM64 builds. Software built only for x86 needs an ARM64 build.
How do I pay, and how does it renew?
Paid by card in advance, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The machine is yours for the whole period, also when nobody connects. It renews for the same period until you cancel it. When you cancel, the machine stays yours until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my data at the end?
When the subscription ends, the power is cut and the whole disk is wiped. It cannot be recovered. Copy out anything you want to keep before then. We keep no backups of your machine.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds once paid. Only exception: a machine that never worked.
How do I get one?
Bare metal is opened per account. Ask for access in the console, and we open bare metal on it. Then you choose the period and pay by card there.
