Community guidelines
How we keep the AxForge forum useful for everyone. Short version: be helpful, be kind, and post the kind of thing you would want to find when you search.

Good posts
What we ask of everyone
| Guideline | In practice |
|---|---|
| Be helpful | Answer the question that was asked. Say what worked for you, and what did not. If a reply solved your problem, mark it as the answer so the next person finds it. |
| Be respectful | Disagree with ideas, not people. No insults, name-calling or piling on. Assume the other person is trying to help. |
| Search first | Your question may already have an answer. If an existing topic is close, add to it rather than starting a new one. |
| Use a clear title | Describe the problem in one line: “vLLM returns 400 on long prompts”, not “help”. |
| Add tags | A few words — the model, the tool, the error — help others find the topic later. |
| Show, don't just describe | Paste code, commands and error text in code blocks. A screenshot helps when the problem is visual. |
| Keep to the topic | Keep replies on the topic's question. A new question gets its own topic. |

What gets removed
| Category | What we mean |
|---|---|
| Harassment & hate | Attacks on a person or group, threats, or abuse based on who someone is. |
| Spam & self-promotion | Advertising, link-dropping, affiliate links, or the same post in several places. Sharing your own project is fine when it answers the question. |
| Other people's private information | Names, addresses, account details or anything else that identifies someone who has not chosen to share it. |
| Secrets | API keys, passwords and tokens — yours or anyone else's. If you post a key by mistake, revoke it in the console straight away; a moderator will remove the post. |
| Impersonation | Pretending to be AxForge staff, a moderator or another member. |
| Gaming the system | Several accounts, trading votes, or anything else that inflates points or ranks. |
| Illegal or harmful content | Anything the Acceptable Use Policy prohibits, including malware and help breaking into systems. |
Your name
A forum name, not your account name
The forum shows the name you choose, never the name on your account or your invoices. Change it and your picture under Your profile. Please do not choose a name that belongs to someone else.
Moderation
How we keep it tidy
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Flag it | Anyone signed in can flag a post as inappropriate, spam, off-topic or wrong from the ⋯ menu. Moderators review every flag. |
| Remove or close | Moderators may hide a post or topic, or close a topic to new replies. |
| Lose forum access | For repeated or serious breaches we may take away someone's ability to post, for a while or for good. This applies to every account, including paid ones. A paid plan pays for the service, not for a place on the forum. |
| The rest of your account | Losing forum access does not affect your API keys, rentals or billing — unless the same behaviour also breaks the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy. |
